Why doesn’t Homer Simpson go to ...

Simpsons FAQ | 20.03.2011 3:00 | 6 Comments

There’s a Simpsons episode where Homer goes to college, and he has a flashback about why he didn’t go to begin with. He ran outside either to chase a dog with a poofy tail, or because “that dog stole somebody’s ham!”

WHICH ONE IS IT?!

He lacked the grade to continue on. Also, he got Marge pregnant and did the decent thing and married her and got a crap job (at the Gulp ‘n’ Blow before the power plant)

what do you mean which one is it?
it’s as you said in that episode in that episode he failed the safety test and they figured out he didn’t go to collage so they made him go.

it was never really necessary for him to. He got a job right after school then after he got another job so he was able to support his family. His job originally didn’t require a collage education he was given the job as safety inspector in the third episode as a plea bargain to appease protesters.
He accomplished a whole lot before he even thought about collage so going would be a waste of his time.
