The Simpsons

Because the Simpsons have been around for about 20 years, and they recently celebrated their 400th episode not too long ago.

Family Guy was canceled once already and it’s REALLY NOT that funny anymore.

So that pretty much ends the debate on which show is better.

I think FG needs to get canceled again and return to Cartoon Network. Maybe they will become funny again.

Na it’s all good dude both shows are funny but you gotta think Simpson are ummm..well cleaner or toned down they don’t rely on fart jokes or making real life things funny like saying ”or that time I went to Nom” then shows a flash back thing. Simpson rely on real world things but they keep it realistic and moral. I hope that makes since.

Family guy has no morals it mocks anything and has to have fart jokes to be funny are have something WTF like.

I haven’t seen any recent Simpsons episodes so I can’t really say, but I used to really enjoy it when I was younger. I also thought the movie was hilarious.

And maybe we just have a different taste in comedy, or you’ve been watching different new episodes haha, but I absolutely can’t stand Family Guy. It’s hard to watch and he draws every joke on WAY too long now. The episodes are now full of irrelevant, stupid jokes and I completely lost interest after I saw an episode where they went to Texas in a recent season, he stereotyped everyone there to be a hating, Republican cowboy who owns a ranch. I live in Texas and have never met anyone like that. I just think Seth MacFarlane is extremely arrogant and uneducated and I hope Family Guy ends soon. It’s sad because it used to be one of my favorite shows but now I don’t understand how it even gets airtime. SOUTH PARK ALL THE WAY!! haha

Personally I think that the simpsons is a better show but maybe thats because I grew up on them. But with family guy they have some funny episodes but this season I think I have laughed like twice. But with the simpsons I always laugh. Hell I can’t even watch the first couple seasons of family guy because they aren’t funny but I own the first couple of seasons of the simpsons on dvd and I watch them all the time.

The problem with the Simpsons is 1. The Simpsons are an old show, and 2. I find it boring if i’ve already seen the episode i’m watching.
