I already know about Peter being mentally challenged and that Homer having crayon lodged in his brain produces similar results. I’d like to know just when it comes down to it, who’s dumber? Show at least one example in your answer.

Don’t count Family Guy cutaway gags, Family Guy Star Wars reenactments, Simpsons Tree house of Horror episodes, dreams, video game occurrences, or anything else that didn’t actually happen.
I could use an example in your answer.

Peter has moments of insight and intelligence. For instance, remember the time they were in the flooded room? He and Chris were very impressive while critiquing movies.
I have never seen any of that in Homer.
