Bart will win at first because Cartman is too lazy to start it. Then Cartman will start to fight back and then Bart will use something expensive in the house to hurt cartman. Then homer will join in and start strangling him. Then Cartman will eat him. Homer will too.

I don’t know Bart is probably faster than Cartman but all it would take is for Cartman to hit him once (but on the other hand Bart is always getting strangled by Homer) so Bart is my final answer

LMAO. So far Bart has yet to die but Cartman has so based on that fact Cartman stands a better chance of dying than Bart. BUT Cartman is a dirty little scrappe and will do anything to win whereas Bart, eventually has a conscience. So, all in all, I think Cartman will win.
