In my opinion, Peter Griffin would win. AS others have said, the chicken fight is clear evidence. Also, Peter has more experience fighting (I.E. when death got injured and he got shot and lived by the bikers at the bar) And peter also is a better drunk.
However, brian could whoop all their asses.

I vote Homer. Hasn’t anyone else here seen the episode where he fought Bart’s “Bigger Brother” Tom? Brother from another planet? Anyone?

And besides, Family Guy is unoriginal. It steals jokes from the Simpsons, and Stewie is a blatant ripoff of Chris Ware’s cartoon strip “Jimmy Corrigan, the Smartest Kid on Earth.”

I would have to say Peter Griffin since he as all the experience from fighting the Big Chicken.

Peter would because even though he is mentally slow he still can surprisingly fight. Did you watch the fight between Peter and the chicken yet? If not it is on youtube.
