Bugs any day. He could whip that whipper snapper with one ear tied behind his back. Bugs would use Bart’s own strength against him.

bugs bunny wins, the fast rabbit can run rings around the bulky guy. but bart simpson can’t be brought down that easy.

Bugs of course. That’s a no brainer. I mean look at all of the different characters Bugs has defeated. From the same old Elmer Fudd to WWII troops. Bart wouldn’t stand a chance.
