i would say peter cuz really if you think about it, homer has done lots of stupid shit, but i dnt really recall an episode where he put his family in danger (willingly, and notably). peter does that all the time and its “funny” to him,and he constanly puts down his daughter. Homer might do that at times but he tries to do something about it. i only recal one episode of peter acually giving a dam about meg. and at least homer knows the right thing to do when it comes down to it, (even though he does it in the stupidest way imagainable) yup so i would say peter.
