Its a musical episode. Groundskeeper Willie gets drunk and drives the lawnmower into the Springfield elementary pool. He says something like “I’m drownin in the pool!” while it is all going on. Anyone know the episode?

I think that episode is a parody of Evita, called ‘The President Wore Pearls’. The tractor in pool scene takes place during a song about how Skinner took music, gym and art out of the school curriculum. It is the 316th episode.
