I have all 13 realised Simpsons season DVD’s (UK) and none of them have Korean subs/audio as an option. I think the only way you will be able to watch the Simpsons in Korean or with Korean subs will be to find somewhere to watch it online.
A person on this website http://www.expatkorea.com/bbs/showthread.php?p=243200 gives a link to another website which they say, helped them be able to watch the Simpsons in Korean. As I can’t read the site because I can’t read Korean, you will have to check it out
