All I remember about it is that children are running and being slaughtered. and its some kind of flashback scene. Something like that. Or someone is telling a story. Idk, but its kinda scary.

Are you talking about Nightmare Cafeteria in the Treehouse of Horror V series were all the kids are being turned into school lunches? If I am wrong, try looking up all the Treehouse of horror series on wikipedia you’ll probably will find it. Either that or its Nightmare on Evergreen Terrace were Groundskeeper willie kills all the children in their dreams.
