Either “Burns, Baby Burns” (the one with Larry Burns), “You Only Move Twice” (the one with Hank Scorpio), “Brother From Another Series” (the one with Cecil, Sideshow Bob’s brother) or “Homer’s Enemy” (the one with Frank Grimes).
They’re all from Season 8 – the best season.
