Seaseon 16, Episode 16, Don’t Fear the Roofer
It has been raing a lot in spurngfeild and Homer keeps refusing to repair the roof. To keep the rain out of the house, Homer builds a racecar track to catch the rain and send it out the mail slot. Unfortunatly, Lisa’s hamster gets stuck on the track which sends him out the door and as Lisa points out, unable to be used in her show and tell the next day, the track then breaks, sending rainwater everywhere and Homer, feeling rejected goes to Moe’s
