What was Kent Brockman referring to (besides the roaring twenties as a whole – looking for something more specific) when he says “Let’s take a look back at the year 1928. A year when you might have seen Al Capone dancing the Charleston on top of a flagpole” in the Itchy and Scratchy Movie episode of The Simpsons?

Al Capone was the most famous criminal of the 20′s.
The top dance was the Charleston.
Flagpole sitting was a prank people did.
