It is where burns thinks he is being stolen from because the Power Plant is pay $3 a year it taxes, so he decides to create a religion or church to stop paying taxes. I can’t find the name of the episode or the clip anywhere. I think it is an earlier episode.

the family guy fam: Lois is the attractive wife of the drunk fat man peter. she also has a really annoying voice.
