In the Simpsons episode where Homer punishes Bart by telling him he can’t ever watch “Itchy and Scratchy” ever again, it was after he wasn’t keeping an eye on Maggie like he was supposed to, but what Maggie did, finding the car keys and driving the car out and about, that was not bart’s fault. If it was Bart that was doing that, I could see the punishment, but not only did Bart get punished for what Maggie did, it was also his parent’s fault for his parents being too stupid to keep the car keys out of Maggie’s reach, so the car thing was the PARENT”S FAULT, not Bart’s.

I can’t remember if he was watching Itchy & Scratchy or the one where Homer came in and did the voice of the dog. He then goes off and tells a customer in his store that it was the worst episode he’d ever seen and that he sent a complaint or something. Does anyone know this episode/where I can find a clip of it?
