For months now, The Simpsons in syndication have been airing the same episodes over and over from the most recent season. This seems insane to do for any show, but especially one that has more than 20 years and over 400 episodes to draw from. Why are they doing this, and what possible good can come from alienating their regular viewers by showing the same episodes that aired a week and a half earlier?
The last Simpsons episode aired on December 7th. I think that may be because of the delayed production. But Family Guy has not aired since November 16th. Does anybody have any information about this?
