I have heard of an upcoming 22nd season episode of the Simpsons, “The Fool Monty”, that Mr. Burns suffers from illnesses and has a few weeks to live. This can be his very last official appearance in the series although he can be referred to by other characters posthumously. Will he be retired or not?
