bart is seen first riding a bike then lisa is riding a horse then homer comes around the corner saying im drunk. any body know what the title of the episode is? i think they are in either the white house or mr. burns house.

Mr. Burns asks the Simpsons to house-sit for him while he goes out of state to a clinic to have some doctors check up on his health. Homer gets a little too comfortable living in Mr. Burn’s house and decides to throw a party in Mr. Burns yacht out on international waters (so that they can buy beer before 2 pm on a sunday). The scene you mentioned is in this episode.
