As in Homer Simpson’s early childhood and adolescenthood, how his parents raised him and how he behaved like as a kid? Under what kind of circumstances was he to grow up and appear as a dumb and alcohol man in later years? Could anyone pls briefly describe how his childhood was like and give some examples? Thanks.

The same as any other kid, really. Homer, however, was quite intellectually challenged. xD
But basically the same, he had two parents and a brother, crushes and dates and such. Nothing really bad about it at all.
My only answer:
He’s a total idiot. xD

His mother liked him a lot but she enters the hippie movement when Homer was about 8 when she watched an American Football player take off his helmet on the tv set. She invited Homer and her husband to Woodstock with some friends (we can assume she got laid by them later on) where Homer had a lot of fun and Abe wearing a formal suit was yelling at the singers and hated it.

Homer’s mom joined a sort of terrorist group which broke in a lab of Montgomery Burns and destroyed samples of bioterrorism germs and viruses. They get caught by the police and because she helped Burns when he got hit in the head, Burns saw her face and she became wanted by the police. She had to abandon her family and she’s been on the run for over 20 years ever since.

That left Homer being taken care of by his crappy father who always hated him (add the fact that Abe had a fling with a mystery woman who gave birth to Homer’s brother without anyone knowing it). Homer spent most of his childhood living in a farm outside of Springfield. They left when the cows stopped producing good milk because Homer made them neurotic.

After that they lived in an apartment Abe won in a tv contest, befriended Barney and made Barney an alcoholic (Barney had high hopes of entering an Ivy league college and he had some good brains then). For some time Homer was a good gymnast but his father made him screw up in a competition and he quit the sport.

He met Marge when the two of them were on detention one day and the rest is history. Homer is indeed slow witted, but still he managed to pass every course in highschool except science 101 which he passed as an adult.
