How do you think you could get you’re hair to look like Bart Simpson’s hair? Don’t just say make your hair yellow and add a lot of gel to spike it up. LiKE, COME ON! How does he get his hair like that?! Also, don’t just say it is because he is a cartoon character.
It’s gotta be gel. You also have to have your hair cut right…probably a little long but with plenty of gel.
