I have been watching some videos about the sims 2, and have seen some clips that have homer simpson in them.
Is it a cheat or a download or what?

You have to pay money on the internet to download him, he normally comes with his family and sometimes his house.
Hes only on certain websites.
Also i think its a total rip off!
