Maybe the Greatest Generation weren’t the greatest parents.

Could Jerry Springer have been popular with the Greatest Generation producing the ratings? I think not, the country has shifted to more of a narcissistic brat nature and Bart Simpson is now the role model.

it is not the WWII generation that caused it, my grandfather was WWII generation, it is their children that caused it, my grandfather thought me about hard work and beat my A@@ when i was wrong, however my dads generation thought us it is not right to hit a child, well i came out pretty good and i got my but beat. not only that but my grandfather did not believe in Unemployment he believed in digging ditches if you had too, the WWII generation was the greatest all the way around, and now they are leaving us and i hate to see what is coming because when they go so will MORALS, RESPONSIBILITY, and the belief that the right thing is always better than the wrong thing even if it hurts.

‘The WW 2 generation had radio, newspapers and TV. They gave birth to the flower children.

The flower children cared about the world since they lived through the cold war and Viet Nam. They also were the first generation to have exposure to TV.

This generation is first fully wired and they don’t read news unless it is from a screen, They have learned about greed from the games on wall street, the banksters and the near collapse of counties. They are cynical, they have every right; the flower children have ruined their children’s futures. It will be interesting when they are running the world in 20 years.

Of course the Greatest Generation seems moral. There was nothing fun for them to do other than tip a cow.
