Simpson’s creator Matt Groening said millions of people are able to identify with Homer, best known for his catchphrase ‘D’oh.’ Homer Simpson, from TV show ‘The Simpsons’ beat Harry Potter and Jennifer Aniston’s ‘Rachel’ from sitcom ‘Friends’ to be named as the greatest ever character in TV and films over the last 20 years.
