Ok who on the simpsons is the dumbest. Best Example for Homer being dumbest, he didn’t know who Michael Jackson was. Chief Wiggum at his dumbest, Eddie & Lou have to explain to him what a bank robbery is.

I think Chief Wiggum is stupider, which isn’t good, because he’s supposed to be protecting the town!
