Explain this Homer Simpson joke to me ...

Simpsons FAQ | 19.04.2011 3:00 | 1 Comment

In the Simpson’s episode in which Homer buys the ice cream truck and becomes an ice cream man, there’s a scene in which he says, “Now to get dressed in a most unusual way…” the lights dim and the clothes fly onto his body piece by piece, and then he says something in an accent that I didn’t catch… can someone please tell me what this scene is parodying and what he says at the end of getting dressed? Thanks!!! :D

The scene where Homer gets dressed as an ice cream man is a reference to the opening of “Da Ali G Show.”
