I think that at times he can be a brat, but overall, he means well.

Have you watched the episode where it was shown that Bart has an evil twin brother. But at the end, it was kinda revealed that Bart IS the evil twin and the other twin is the good one. Haha! It was funny. Bart is normally bad, but he does his fair share of good deeds.
