Yes, he did. Luckily I saw it with another adult and not with my kids.

he was dared by homer to skateboard naked through the city and he did it and random objects covered it for most of the time but for like 2 or 3 seconds it’s in plain view.
It’s not very detailed so it’s not really that gross. More just funny.
And if kids go see it they’d usually be with they’re parents seeing as the simpsons isn’t really a kid friendly show.
So it’s up to the parents to subject their children to that.
Plus it says in most of the reviews that “one of the character’s genetalia is shown” so parents would probably know.
AND
bart’s “boy part” was also shown in a episode of the show. So it shouldn’t be a huge surprise to see it in the movie.

It’s a cartoon and it lasts for like 2 seconds. Calm down, the world isn’t going to end. And so what if kids see it? There is nothing sexual about it, people are way too uptight.

Yes. It was really gross and unnecessary, a feeble, disgusting attempt to get a few laughs, although admittedly, it will bring in the sexual predators.

Yeah, he showed his little “el barto!” But the film was trying to step away from the series just a tad (Homer giving the finger? Marge swearing?). But all in all, I loved the film. No wonder Ralph said that he’s gay!

yeah, he did. it was just a second. i’m not really into that kind of humor… but it was funny anyway. most simpson-watching kids see/hear and joke about a lot worse.

What is the big issue?.
Bart is a kid who has been 10 for 11 years!
He is deplorable, adorable and Bart is a brat for the ages.
Who cares when boys things of kids are showing? I doubt any kid will notice it and even if they notice they would not take it as a big issue.
