The speech is poorly written and you can hear Homer say off stage something to the effect of “Me words speak good”. Anyone know this episode?
or is it just a generic made-up town which consists of other towns throughout the US?
Unlikely, I know. But researchers have found that when kids watch too much television, they start to believe that what they see on TV is their real life.
In one of the Simpsons Christmas Episodes, “I Saw Grampa Cussing Santa Claus,” Grandpa Abe and Mr. Burns shoot down Santa’s sleigh while on a deserted island. When they discover who they shot down, they help rebuild the sleigh. While doing the repairs, a old swing song is playing. Anybody know the name of the song?
I don’t know what the episode is called. All i know is that Homer was in his underwear at church singing this song and it sounds like arena rock music.
I don’t want prank calls, but real prank examples.
Thanks dude
After the movie episodes weant that great, and the ones with the new theme vidieo seem to just suck. Are they out of ideas, or am I behind the times or somthing like that?
Which episode of the Simpson’s was it where homer saves the town from a power plant malfunction, he is labeled as a hero, then people find out it was a mistake? I need that clip for a school project about nuclear power.
Yeah, this thought came to me. A dumb question, but….
in the simpsons, the guys look like they have no balls when drawn in underwear.
but bart’s balls are drawn when he is wearing nothing in the movie. but in the episodes when he is in underwear, there is no bulge.
Any thoughts?
wow, I’ve heard about people thinking the simpsons was ok for kids, but I wasn’t sure until people answered this….
seriously…. think about it. violence, bad language, adult humor…. I’m SURE that is child friendly
so, what part of it makes it look like a family friendly show? the part where it’s a cartoon?
As I recall, the episode started with an animal show-and-tell type thing on the Krusty show. They bring out the wolf, the children start screaming because the handler said the word of the day, and the wolf goes berserk, which almost leads to Bart being mauled, save for the timely arrival of Groundskeeper Willie. So, which episode is that?
I think Peter would win. He beat the crap out of a giant chicken about 3 times.
